Tambourina lives in sunny Singapore with her three boys. She worked in Syndicated marketing research before moving on to full-time motherhood.
She is paranoid of door handles, has an unhealthy obsession with cleanliness and overwashes her hands. She tries to be funny but she normally isn’t, struggles with her weight and spends way too much time thinking about food. She speaks 3 languages, Dog, Cat and English and can’t pass mandarin to save her life.
She is a proud fan of Victoria Beckham, insects love to bite her and she tells her pets jokes because no one else laughs at them. She worked in research, tries to think that makes her intelligent but was proven wrong everyday. She amazes herself and companions alike, with her astounding episodic memory and by occassionally breaking out into Mandarin.
She lists her achievements to date as having written and directed a play, publishing 2 poems and conquering the treadmill.
On this space she documents her life with her three boys – her husband, her cat and her infant son.
She is me, by the way. Oh, what rotten luck.
